Delete your SkoolMotion account

You can delete your SkoolMotion account at any time. There are two ways to do it: directly inside the app (fastest), or by emailing us if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete from the app
If you still have the SkoolMotion app installed and can sign in, this is the quickest path. Deletion takes effect immediately.
- Open the SkoolMotion app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- When prompted, type
DELETEto confirm.
Your account, profile, children, saved addresses, payment methods, ride history, and notification preferences are erased.
Email us if you can't access the app
For users without app access
If you've uninstalled the app, lost your phone, or can't sign in for any reason, email support@skoolmotion.com from the email address on your account.
We'll verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days. We'll send a confirmation email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your parent/guardian profile
- Children associated with your account
- Saved pickup and drop-off addresses
- Payment methods on file
- Ride history
- Notification preferences
What we keep, and why
Some completed-trip financial records may be retained in anonymized form to satisfy tax, accounting, and audit requirements. These records do not contain personal information that can identify you or your children.
